As a Purchasing Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all departments within our prestigious hotel. Together with your dedicated team, you'll manage the procurement of everything from beverages and food to office supplies and household items. Your attention to detail will be key in maintaining an organized purchasing administration.

In addition to overseeing orders, you'll collaborate closely with the Cost Controller to process invoices and generate the monthly financial reports. Your efforts will guarantee that every product reaches its intended destination within the hotel, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Other responsabilities are

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock assessments to ensure optimal supply.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards for all purchased goods.

What you will bring to the role 

• You speak fluent English
• You have experience in a similar role
• You have good communication skills
• You are available from 4 to 5 days per week
